Super English teachers are paid 250 Baht per hour. Our first year teachers generally make above 23,000 Baht per month. First year teachers also receive 10 days paid vacation. One of the benefits that current teachers seem to enjoy most is the long holiday break they have in March and April. During that time, Super English is open for camps and teachers can either participate or travel. It is their choice. This is different from other schools who give their teachers a maximum of two weeks holidays during those months.

We often are asked if we provide compensation for air travel. While we realize that flights are ever-increasing in cost and that it is expensive for teachers to make their way to Surat Thani, there is simply no way that the school can afford to pay for it. Teachers do make enough during the year so that if they wish to visit home over the long holiday break they can afford to do so.
